Photographic documentation of the event will be planned by a pre-event session to define expectations. The aim is to get the right balance between atmosphere, ambience, portraits, group shots and the documentation of the event.

Services for a Private Event Photography session includes the following:

1)  Photographic documentation of the event

• Meet you at your home for a pre-event session
• First photo session whilst the family prepares for the event
• Time approximately 1 hour (but not limited)

2)  At location of the event

• Pre-event photos
• Atmosphere and ambience photos
• Set-up and guests arrival
• Natural portraits
• Family group shots
• Event documentation

During the pre-session telephone consultation, I will address all your questions and concerns. 

Typical areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Timing and coordination of session
• Clothing choices
• Preferences in style (close-ups, natural shots, studio style photos)
